3. Payments

During the term of this Agreement, ZephyMobile shall pay Affiliate a payment, as determined by ZephyMobile in its sole and absolute discretion, calculated on the Net Revenue ("Revenue Share"). Revenue Share payments will be determined according to the ZephyMobile payout policies in effect at the time based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the quantity, quality, and validity of clicks on Ads, Ad impressions, and Actions, and User demographics such as the country of origin of a User's IP address. ZephyMobile shall pay Affiliate the Payments in up to 45 days after the Affiliate place payment request.

4. Accuracy of materials

The materials appearing on ZephyMobile website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. ZephyMobile does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. ZephyMobile may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However ZephyMobile does not make any commitment to update the materials.

5. Links

ZephyMobile has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by ZephyMobile of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.
